VisMin Mindanao Challenge Finals Game Two postponed due to Odette

PAGADIAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR—The Game Two of the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup Mindanao Challenge Finals was cancelled, Thursday night.

This as a power blackout at the Pagadian City Gymnasium happened just when the game was about to start at 6:40 pm.

“Cancelled ang Game Two tonight because of Typhoon Odette nagka-brownout dito sa gym and ‘yung generator ay gamit ng City Hall for evacuation,” said league Chief Operating Officer Chelito Caro.

BYB Kapatagan and Zamboanga Sibugay agreed to play both Game Two, and if necessary Game Three, tomorrow.

Game Two is at 10:00 AM. The Anak Mindanao Warriors can clinch the crown with a win.

Game Three, if the Buffalos equalize, will be at 8:00 PM.

The league found itself forced to schedule both games tomorrow as teams have already booked flights on Dec. 18, Saturday.
