Tots Carlos crowned PVL Open Conference MVP


ANTIPOLO — Tots Carlos was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2022 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference, Friday night at Ynares Center here.

The 23-year-old pride of Lubao, Pampanga, who was also picked as the Best Opposite Spiker of the conference, is the third MVP to come out of the Rebisco-backed squad after Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza.

Meanwhile, Cignal took home four individual awards this conference.

Ces Molina bagged the First Best Outside Spiker award while Gel Cayuna copped the Best Setter award.

Roselyn Doria and Ria Meneses were named the First and Second Best Middle Blockers, respectively. This is Meneses’ second consecutive Best Middle Blocker award.

Petro Gazz’s Grethcel Soltones took the Second Best Outside Spiker while F2 Logistics’ Dawn Macandili was the recepient of the Best Libero plum.
