Two-division ONE World Mixed Martial Arts Champion Aung La N Sang revealed that he has contracted the dreaded coronavirus (COVID-19).
The 35-year-old Burmese, who owns both ONE’s middleweight and light heavyweight crowns, made the announcement through his Instagram account, Friday morning.
“I got tested for COVID-19 on Monday and the result came back today and I am positive,” bared N Sang, who is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“So my family and I will be quarantining ourselves for the next 14 days.”
N Sang shared that he had been suffering from slight fever, congestion, body ache, and fatigue last weekend.
He had himself tested last Monday, and the result came out that he had COVID-19. N Sang’s silver lining is that his family is safe.
Florida has been hit hard by the pandemic.
As of publishing, the state has 169,000 confirmed cases with 3,616 deaths.
