From being one of the country’s top tennis players to becoming an actress, Tin Patrimonio has done it.
But she had never been a PBA muse. And that is why she felt butterflies in her stomach when she did so Sunday.
The daughter of league all-time great Alvin Patrimonio served as the muse of the NorthPort Batang Pier as the PBA raised the curtains of its 45th season at the SMART Araneta Coliseum.
“It’s my first time as a muse. Very exciting. Kinakabahan ako. Pinapawisan ako,” the 28-year-old shared of her experience.
“But very supportive naman yung whole team.”
Patrimonio was one of two daughters of former PBA stars that graced the opening ceremonies as muses.
Alyssa Muhlach Alvarez, daughter of Bong Alvarez and actress Almira Muhlach, paraded with the San Miguel Beermen, where his dad — dubbed as Mr. Excitement — played from 1995-1997.
The former National University netter shared that her dad was very supportive of her being a muse.
“Okay lang naman. Very supportive pa rin naman ang daddy ko,” said Tin, a two-time UAAP Most Valuable Player.
With that, there’s no question where her heart is if she’s asked to pick between NorthPort and Magnolia.
“Siyempre kung saan yung dad ko,” she said, as Alvin serves as the Hotshots’ team manager.
“Daddy’s girl eh.”
