A month after Rhyle Melencio decided to transfer to the Heavy Bombers, EJ Gollena has followed suit.
Gollena bid farewell to La Salle last month despite being named team captain of the Green Archers for UAAP Season 89.
Now, he gets a fresh start with the Heavy Bombers before turning pro.

Gollena leaves La Salle as a decorated player, having won two 5-on-5 titles and two 3×3 crowns with the Green Archers.
In 5-on-5 play, the 6-foot-3 swingman appeared in 48 games, averaging 4.5 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest.
In his third and final UAAP season, he averaged 5.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Gollena and Melencio will be eligible to play starting in NCAA Season 103.
