M4: Kairi powers ONIC Esports to upper bracket

ONIC Esports and Falcon Esports clinched their respective upper bracket spots in the M4 World Championship, Tuesday at the Bali United Studio in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Jungler Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol and coach Denver “Yeb” Miranda powered the reigning MPL ID champion to victories over Malvinas Gaming (Argentina) and MDH Esports (Vietnam) just days after suffering an upset at the hands of Malaysia’s Todak.

ONIC Esports ended the group stage with a 2-1 win-loss standing – good for second in Pool B.

Meanwhile, Falcon Esports took down Blacklist International in their final group stage match which forged a three-way tie in Group A. This also forced a tiebreaker that the Burmese squad topped by defeating Blacklist International again and Incendio Supremacy.

Burn X Flash suffered twin losses to Blacklist International and Incendio Supremacy which dropped them to the lower bracket.
