Super Marco breaks silence: ‘Nafi-feel kong best goldlaner ako ngayong season’ after MVP win

The usually calm and ‘no comment’ Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano finally made a pronouncement after being recognized as the regular season MVP of the MPL Philippines Season 13.

“Tingin ko masasabi kong ako na eh. Nafi-feel kong best goldlaner ako ngayong season na to,” he said when asked if he would consider himself the best goldlaner after receiving the highest individual player award this season.

In the past, Super Marco would always dodge questions when asked about his claim to the best goldlaner tag after rising to prominence together with Falcon AP.Bren’s dominant runs in international tournaments.

He would usually deflect the title to either Frederic “Bennyqt” Gonzales or Duane “Kelra” Pillas.

The 17-year-old goldlaner finished tied with Kelra for the second most game MVPs behind teammate Rowgien “Owgwen” Unigo, who had eight.

Super Marco averaged 3.25 kills and 3.81 assists while having a league-leading 10.76 KDA score average.

With this new achievement, Super Marco’s teammates had a gentle reminder for him.

It looks like this recognition will just further boost Super Marco to reach new heights, especially with their upcoming MSC 2024 stint.
