RSG’s Light hailed MPL PH 9 MVP

Dylan “Light” Catipon was named the Most Valuable Player of MPL Philippines Season Nine, Tuesday night.

The RSG PH roamer averaged 6.97 per game and tallied a total of 226 assists in 14 games played in the regular season.

He also led RSG PH to a league-best 11-3 standing with 31 points.

Light received a total of 53 votes, while TNC’s Ben “Benthings” Maglaque and teammate Arvie “Aqua” Calderon came in at second and third with 38 and 10 points, respectively.

He is the second consecutive roamer-support to win the award after Blacklist International’s Salic “Hadji” Imam last season.

Light and RSG PH are currently in the upper bracket. They will face the winner of the Nexplay EVOS-ONIC PH match on April 29, Friday at 7:00 PM.
