The prodigal Lion is back.
After a decade-long journey across collegiate and professional leagues, Britt Reroma is returning to the den — reclaiming his role as head coach of San Beda-Rizal in the NCAA juniors division.
Reroma replaces Miko Roldan, who guided the Red Cubs for the past three years.
Under Roldan’s stewardship, San Beda compiled a 21-13 record, highlighted by a third-place finish in NCAA Season 100.
But now, the torch returns to familiar hands.
Reroma is no stranger to success in the juniors ranks.
During his first stint in Mendiola from 2010 to 2013, he guided San Beda-Rizal to three NCAA titles.
His last championship came in 2012, with a star-studded squad featuring future collegiate standouts Arvin Tolentino, Javee Mocon, and Andrei Caracut.
After leaving San Beda in 2013, Reroma brought joined the ASEAN Basketball League in 2014 to coach Indonesia’s Laskar Dreya South Sumatra.
He continued his championship pedigree by steering University of San Carlos to the CESAFI title in 2015 — ending the school’s 57-year title drought in Cebu.
He then coached in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, served as an assistant coach for National University in the UAAP, and most recently held the reins of Centro Escolar University in the UCAL.
Now, after years of honing his craft in various leagues, Reroma returns home.
