MPL PH: Bren continues to roll, sweeps Nexplay

Bren Esports sealed its second consecutive win by sweeping the rookie-laden Nexplay EVOS, 2-0, in the second week of the MPL Philippines Season 11, Friday night at the Shooting Gallery Studios.

The former world champion moved to 2-1 in the standings while the Minana Esports-backed squad slid to 1-1.

Game One went the distance with Bien “BoyetDR” Chumecera securing a crucial Lord steal during the 22nd minute that almost took the game away from Bren Esports’ hands.

Bren Esports, however, was able to maneuver and steered the game their way by taking down Dominic “DomengDr” Delmundo (Karrie) and Danver “DingDR” Canja (Benedetta) before eliminating BoyetDR.

That play allowed the Season Six champs to go for the death push and take the 1-0 advantage.

Bren Esports sealed the win with a four-man wipe in the 15th minute of Game Two.
