After almost a year and a half of inactivity, Manny Pacquiao will return to the squared circle.
The world’s only eight-division world boxing champion will face Korean Youtuber, famous Korean Youtuber DK Yoo in December 2022 in Seoul Korea.
But it won’t be a sanctioned fight as it is an exhibition match.
Yes, the former senator has opened his doors for exhibition matches.
Ayun talaga ang adbokasiya ko na dapat bawat pamilya may sariling tahanan,” said the 43-year-old future hall of famer during a press conference held at Shangri-La The Fort in BGC.
Charity event,” he added.
The proceeds of the charity match will be for the rehabilitation of homes in war-torn Ukraine.
When asked about the possibility of unretiring, Pacquiao did not hesitate to debunk it.
Pacquiao last fought back on August 21, 2021, losing via unanimous decision against Yordenis Ugás.
He announced his retirement soon after as he ran for president.
Pero ‘di pa ko nagiisipnng ganon,” said Pacquiao, who ended his career with a 62-8-2 record.
