Jaypee goes maniac late as Aura PH survives Execration in MPL

Jaypee connived with Greed to propel Aura PH past a gutsy Execration side, 2-1, in week five of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines, Saturday evening.

Powered by an early snowball, Jaypee (Yi Sun Shin) unleashed a clean KDA of 15-0-4 while Greed_, arguable the best Selena player in the country right now, enabled his core by putting up four kills, a death, and eight assists to finish off Game Three.

Entering just the nine-minute mark, Aura PH barged into Execration’s camp with Jaypee taking down Ch4knu (Hilda) first while Greed_ followed it up with a kill on Hate (Claude).

S4gitnu (Jawhead) was able to shut down Greed_, but Jaypee turned it up once more to kill E2max (Lunox), S4gitnu, and Bennyqt (Khaleed), completely sealing the deal for Aura PH with a maniac.

Aura PH solidified its place at the top of Group A with a 7-1 standing while sending Execration down to the fourth with a 3-3 slate.

Execration only had four kills in the match with Hate being limited to just a 0-3-2 KDA.

In other games, Nexplay Solid survived a thrilling series against Blacklist International while Cignal Ultra kicked BNK Blufire out of contention via a 2-0 sweep.

NXP Solid sits at the third spot in Group A with a 3-3 win-loss card while Cignal remained at the fourth spot in Group B with a 3-4 standing.

Blacklist International kept the second spot in Group A with a 4-3 tally while BNK, whose playoff dreams turned to dust, remained winless at 0-8 in Group B.
