Falcons AP.Bren soars to dominant sweep of Blacklist in MPL PH Playoff opener


Falcon AP.Bren delivered a scintillating opening performance, sweeping Blacklist International 3-0 to reach the upper bracket finals of MPL Philippines Season 13 at the SM Southmall on Thursday.

Game 1 was a one-sided affair as FCAP led by as much as 17k in net worth before closing it out in the 16th minute with a commanding 13-2 lead in kills.

Rowgien “Owgwen” Unigo (Chip) led the way in the opener, earning the MVP citation with a stellar 0-1-9 KDA.

Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano shone in Game 2, displaying mechanical prowess with the Moskov pick, highlighted by an 11th-minute double kill that negated a 5-on-3 disadvantage on the lord objective to turn the tables. He finished the game unscathed with a 6-0-2 KDA.

The defending champions did not let up and once again dominated Blacklist in Game 3 to complete the sweep.
