ONIC’s Micophobia wishes Omega’s Hito best of luck vs Blacklist

The season-long ribbing between Onic’s Mico “Micophobia” Quitlong and Omega’s Robert “Hito” Candoy has been one of the many highlights of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Season Eight.

And a day before the culmination of possibly the most competitive season in league history, Michophobia, for a change, penned a short but heartfelt post for his good friend – who has stayed by his side ever since their amateur days.

“Hito good luck diyan sa baba,” posted Micophobia on his personal Facebook page last Sunday after ONIC PH’s 3-0 sweep of Omega Esports to punch its ticket to the grand finals.

“Kayo pa rin ni Kelra gusto ko makasama sa pangarap.”

Micophobia, Hito, Marky “Markyyyyy” Capacio, and Duane “Kelra” Pillas were all part of the Work squad that made waves in the amateur scene.

Markyyyyy and Kelra were the first to make it to the big stage when they were picked up by ONIC PH and Execration, respectively, in Season Seven. Meanwhile, Micophobia and Hito suited up for Execration’s League of Legends: Wild Rift team before entering the league this season.

Moonton has yet to reveal the details regarding the country’s participation in the world meet. Still, the 23-year-old tank hopes that all four of them will have the chance to represent the Philippines in the upcoming M3 World Championships.

Micophobia’s ONIC PH is currently waiting in the finals. Hito’s Omega Esports will have to go through Blacklist International in the losers’ finale later in the day at 2:00 PM at the World Trade Center.
