NCAA 98: Sangalang takes charge as Letran survives Perpetual for fifth win


Colegio de San Juan de Letran survived a highlyphysical matchup against University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, 70-67 in the NCAA Season 98 Seniors Basketball Tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San- Juan City.

Down three, 67-70, with seven ticks left in the ball game, Jielo Razon launched a three-pointer for the tie but missed.

The Knights made it two in a row (5-3), while the Altas are now (4-4)

Next up for Letran is Emilio Aguinaldo College on Wednesday at 12 NN. Perpetual will take on San Beda University (5-2) on the same day at 3 PM.
