MP The King says see you soon in MPL PH, Nathzz

By: Jan Marcus Montevirgen

After suffering defeat against Falcons AP.Bren in the first round of the 2024 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup (MSC) knockout rounds, Michael “MP The King” Endino hinted at a return to the Philippines, eyeing a showdown with Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo in the upcoming MPL Philippines Season 14.

“I think after this MSC, because MSC is done, I’m planning to go back to PH. I am excited to face Nathzz of RSG PH. I am just excited to face him because I am already done with Cambodia, and it’s time for me to destroy him in MPL PH,” said MP The King.

The 19-year-old See You Soon jungler mentioned during the press conference that his contract with the Cambodian team would expire after MSC.

During his tenure, MP The King led See You Soon to back-to-back MPL Cambodia championships during MPL Cambodia Autumn 2023 and MPL Cambodia Season 6. These victories earned them spots at international tournaments like the M5 World Championships, MPL Invitational 2023, and the recent MSC 2024, where they finished in 5th-6th place.

“My contract with See You Soon is done already, so I am planning to go back to PH because, like I said, I am excited to face Nathzz of RSG PH. So, yeah, if there’s an offer from PH, I’ll gladly take it. But for now, I am waiting for it,” he added.

MP The King previously played with Nexplay EVOS in MPL Philippines Season 9, finishing 6th, and later joined Smart Omega Neos for MDL Philippines Season 1, achieving the same placement.

While expressing his intent to return early, MP The King is currently awaiting team offers for the upcoming season.

“Actually, it’s not yet certain, but I am planning. But if it’s God’s will, then I will gladly take it.”
