B.League: Ramos tows Toyama past Shinshu as Aquino tallies career-high


Dwight Ramos and Toyama took advantage of a nine-man Shinshu team, taking a 92-75 in the 2021-22 B.League season, Wednesday at Toyama City Gymnasium.

Ramos was game-high plus-25 in the contest, tallying eight points, six rebounds, three assists, and two blocks.

Matthew Aquino, on the other hand, started for the first time, playing 21 minutes. The Fil-Japanese big man had 10 points and three rebounds in a foul-plagued game.

The Grouses went up to 7-12 while dropping the Brave Warriors to 9-10.

Dwight Ramos and Toyama will head to Nagoya this weekend to face Ray Parks and the Diamond Dolphins. Aquino and Shinshu, meanwhile, will travel to Shimane.
