Akari brings in Oly Okaro as import

Akari will tap American middle blocker Oly Okaro as its import for the upcoming 2024 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference.

Okaro, 28, stands 185 cm tall.

She played college ball at San Francisco University from 2014 to 2016 before transferring to Arizona State University, where she played from 2016 to 2018.

Her first professional experience was with the Finnish club Hämeenlinnan Lentopallokerho in 2019.

After pausing during the pandemic, Okaro returned to competitive play with Greek clubs Zaon Kifisias and ASP Thetis.
