The Spikers’ Turf continues to aim big in its 10th anniversary, finally getting the chance to share the same stage with the Premier Volleyball League on the same play dates.
The men’s pioneering volleyball league’s 2026 Invitational Conference and the women’s professional league’s All-Filipino Conference first series will kick off on October 10 at the SM Seaside Cebu Arena.
PVL’s Choco Mucho and Capital1 will open the volleyball festivities at 1:00 PM, before a Spikers’ Turf matchup follows at 3:30 PM. Creamline and Akari will then cap the day at 6:00 PM.
The schedule will not be exclusive to opening day, however, as Sports Vision Management Group Inc. has decided to make it the new norm for its two leagues.
“First and foremost, I would like to thank Cignal and Sports Vision, PVL, for making the dream possible,” said Spikers’ Turf tournament director Mozzy Ravena during Monday’s 10/10 press conference at the Novotel Manila.
“It took 10 years. Even from the very beginning, we wanted to play side by side with the PVL, and finally, as they say, dreams do come true. After 10 years, ito na, maglalaro na kami with the women’s teams sa PVL. Thank you so much for making it happen.”

Aside from the Spikers’ Turf matches sandwiched between two PVL games every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, the men’s league will also have separate play dates of its own.
Ten teams will compete in the elimination round of the Invitational Conference, including all six teams from the Open Conference earlier this year: champion Criss Cross, Savouge, Alpha Insurance, Cabstars, 3B, and VNS.
Newcomer Clearskiiin will look to make a strong debut, while the Armed Forces of the Philippines will seek to make a grand return to the league.
The field will also be bolstered by the top two teams from the ongoing V-League Men’s Collegiate Challenge.
The 10 squads will play in a single round-robin elimination, with the top four teams advancing to the round-robin semifinals, where they will be joined by two foreign guest teams.
The top two teams will then figure in a knockout championship match.
“Ten seasons is a big milestone for us. When we started, our goal was simply to provide Filipino volleyball players with a platform to compete and showcase their talent. Ten seasons later, we’re very proud of how far the sport — and our leagues — have come,” said Sports Vision president Ricky Palou.
