Hadess believes KurtTzy’s arrival will catapult Team Flash to greater heights

Jaymark “Hadess” Lazaro is set to receive crucial help from a fellow Filipino, as midlaner Jankurt “KurtTzy” Matira will be joining Team Flash for MPL Singapore Season 7.

“Masaya ako kasi may kasama na ako, tapos naging kampi ko na si Kurt dati kaya may chemistry na kami. Malaki ‘yung impact na mabibigay niya sa amin lalo na kasi isa rin talaga siyang malakas na midlaner sa Pilipinas,” said Hadess about his new teammate at Team Flash.

KurtTzy will be joining a squad that will defend their first franchise title in MPL SG from last season and represented the country in the M5 World Championship in Manila last December.

The 20-year-old midlaner is an MPL Philippines veteran who played from the sidelanes previously before transitioning to the midlane position and still finding the same success.

He is no stranger to championships as he was the starting midlaner for Echo Proud, which won the MDL Philippines titles in Seasons 1 and 2.

“Nung nagchampion kami twice sa MDL Philippines, parang naramdaman ko na gusto kong bumalik sa MPL, kaya nung nakita ko ‘yung offer ng Team Flash, tinanggap ko agad. Tsaka parang gusto ko mag-explore ng new environment and experience,” explained KurtTzy regarding his transfer to Team Flash.

With an almost intact roster that has experience playing on the world stage – where they fought against eventual world champions AP.Bren; and narrowly missed the knockout stage – the addition of KurtTzy will be an intriguing enhancement to a team looking to dominate their local MLBB scene and make waves in the international arena.
