SOURCES: Tai Bundit likely to miss La Salle match

The Ateneo de Manila University Lady Eagles will be without head coach Tai Bundit when they take on arch-rivals De La Salle University Lady Spikers in March at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Numerous sources from within the team confirmed that the Bundit will fly home to Thailand for the one-year death anniversary of his father-in-law. Bundit also missed a few games in Season 79 due to the death of his in-law.

The Lady Eagles have played numerous matches without their hear coach over the four years of Bundit’s tenure.

Ateneo go into their highly-anticipated match against La Salle riding a four-game winning streak. The Lady Spikers, on the other hand, are coming off a devastating loss to the Adamson University Lady Falcons.
