After the conclusion of the UAAP Softball finals, a ceremony was held to award both team and individual awards for the softball tournament. Awards were given to the Top 3 placing teams, including the awards for the Most Valuable Player, Best Hitter, Best Slugger, Most RBIs, Most Homeruns, Most Stolen Bases, Best Pitcher and Rookie of the Year:
2nd RUNNER-UP: University of Santo Tomas Softbelles (10 points for the UAAP Overall Championship)
1st RUNNER-UP: University of the Philippines Lady Maroons (12 points for the UAAP Overall Championship)
CHAMPIONS: Adamson University Lady Falcons (15 points for the UAAP Overall Championship)
