MP The King moves to Cambodia, signs with See You Soon

Michael “MP the King” Endino is the third player from Omega Neos to transfer overseas, signing with Cambodia’s See You Soon, Saturday.

Two days ago, MP the King’s Omega Neos teammates Kielvj “Kielvj” Hernandez and Jeff “S4gitnu” Subang were announced to play for Bleed Esports in the ESL Asia Snapdragon Pro Series.

This is MP the King’s second attempt at playing in Cambodia after signing with Burn X Flash last year. The former AP Esports standout never saw action for the two-time MPL KH champion due to visa issues.

He eventually joined Omega Neos for the inaugural MDL Philippines season. The former Nexplay EVOS jungler helped the squad reach a 5th-6th place finish in Season 1.

MP the King will team up with a See You Soon squad that was coming off an impressive campaign in the 2023 MPL Cambodia Spring.

After finishing the regular season as the second seed, See You Soon swept eventual champion Burn X Flash in the first round of the upper bracket to claim a spot in the upper bracket finale.

However, the team lost in five games to CFU Gaming which brought them down to the lower bracket finals. There, the team once again suffered a close 2-3 loss, this time at the hands of Burn X Flash and settled for a third place finish.
