JD Cagulangan of the University of the Philippines, who delivered 11.8 points, 5.0 assists, and 5.0 rebounds per game for 69.167 SPs; Far Eastern University’s Mohamed Konateh, who dominated with 16.7 points, 16.7 rebounds, and 1.0 block per game, earning 68.643 SPs; and University of Santo Tomas’ Nic Cabanero, who showcased his scoring prowess with 16.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game for 61.000 SPs, complete the Mythical Team and are first-timers.

University of the East’s Precious Momowei, who tallied 67.538 SPs with averages of 14.4 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists, was disqualified from the selection due to accumulating two unsportsmanlike fouls in a crucial game against UST on November 9.

His absence paved the way for UST’s Cabanero to take the final spot in the elite lineup.
