Converge and Robbie Herndon have finally come to terms, signing the Filipino-American shooter to a one-year deal on Monday.
However, unlike their past signings, the signing took place at the PBA Office in Pasig and in front of FiberXers governor Chito Salud.
Usually, Converge signs their players in their office and in front of human resources head Albert Custodio.
Reports earlier have said that Converge has placed Herndon on the trading block.
It’s what-and-see now on whether the 6-foot-3 winger out of San Francisco State plays for Converge.
Back in last season’s Philippine Cup, Herndon normed 8.2 points and 3.4 rebounds per contest.
He raised his numbers to 10.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game during the last conference of Alaska in the league.
Meanwhile, Maverick Ahanmisi is said to be negotiating a new contract with Converge.
Multiple sources have told Tiebreaker Times that Ahanmisi is willing to negotiate on his own and leave Argus Ossa Sports just to finalize a deal.
