The 2016 PBA Developmental League season officially opened Thursday afternoon at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Almost all the teams were present in the opening ceremony together with their muses to open the tournament. The BDO-National University Bulldogs, however, came in late. The team though came in at around 1:45pm and has a game slated against the UP – QRC/Jam Liner Maroons at 4:00pm.
After the team’s were introduced, PBA Commissioner Chito Narvasa declared the games open.
