With a staggering 99.429 statistical points (SPs), the son of former San Sebastian head coach John Kallos holds a significant lead over his closest competitors.
The 6-foot guard has been nothing short of sensational, posting averages of 17.43 points, 14.71 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 1.86 steals in seven games played.
National University Nazareth School’s Shaun Lucido was the MVP during the inaugural season of the tournament.
Andwele Cabañero sits in second place with 88.714 SPs, having posted 132 points, 67 rebounds, and 32 assists – and developing into the leader of University of Santo Tomas.
Despite being winless so far, UPIS’s Bruce Tubongbanua is third with 86 SPs, thanks to his totals of 137 points, 90 rebounds, 25 assists, 20 steals, and a block.
Cabañero’s teammate and two-time Junior MPBL MVP Jhon Canapi accumulated 166 points, 44 rebounds, and 20 steals, resulting in 85.286 SPs.
De La Salle-Zobel’s Melvin Tailan is currently fifth with 81.571 SPs with totals of 138 points, 50 rebounds, and 13 assists.
Completing the top 10 are Jhustin Hallare (UPIS) with 77.143 SPs, Chester Tulabut (NU) with 74.286 SPs, Anton Lopez (FEU-Diliman) with 73.143 SPs, Ram Luna (DLSZ) with 72.714 SPs, and Dustin Bathan (UST) with 68.571 SPs.
