Myla Pablo and Federated Distributors Inc. have ended their near four-year relationship.
The two-time PVL MVP and her club team have reached terms on a release, according to multiple sources closely monitoring the situation.
Pablo started her club career with FDI in the PSL, when she joined the Philips Gold Lady Stallions back in 2015.
She then originally inked a five-year deal in late 2016 that even came with the company gifting her a brand new car.
According to one of the source, Pablo, now 25 years old, and FDI negotiated a release from the original, freeing Pablo up to sign with a new team.
Coming off a disappointing 7-7 record in the 2018 PVL Open Conference, the brass of Pocari Sweat wanted the two-time Most Valuable Player to find a team where she can flourish once again.
Three teams are in line to sign the three-time PVL champion – namely the Foton Tornadoes, the BanKo Perlas Spikers, and the Petro Gazz Angels.
