Free agent Bradwyn Guinto signs with Converge

It did not take long for Bradwyn Guinto to find a new home.

The 6-foot-6 bruiser out of San Sebastian signed a two-conference deal with Converge on Friday morning.

Multiple sources closely monitoring the situation confirmed the development to Tiebreaker Times.

Guinto, the 14th overall pick in the 2015 PBA Rookie Draft, was released by Rain or Shine last week.

The 31-year-old Filipino-Australian big man played seven games for the Elasto Painters in the first two conferences of the season.

After being released by Rain or Shine, he tried out for a spot in Converge, eventually earning a spot on the roster.

Guinto joins Justin Arana, Abu Tratter, Barkley Ebona, and Jeo Ambohot in the frontline of the FiberXers.

The second game of each PBA gameday is live-streamed on SMART Sports.
