In what has become a tradition for the San Beda College Red Lions, the reigning NCAA champions presented the NCAA Season 93 Seniors Basketball championship to one of its most beloved alumnus in President Rodrigo Duterte, Friday evening.
During the San Beda Law Alumni Homecoming held at the Manila Peninsula Hotel, the Red Lions, led by team manager Jude Roque and together with the Red Corps, were invited by Pres. Duterte, who was the night’s guest of honor, to the stage.
“It’s a great honor to share the fruits of our labor to the San Beda community, especially to the president,” said Roque. “We are hoping that we could continue to make him proud for the years to come.”
Also at the event were cabinet members and fellow Bedan lawyers Department of Justice secretary Vit Aguirre, Department of Transportation secretary Art Tugad, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, and communications and technology Rodolfo Salalima.
