Tainan TSG releases Sedrick Barefield

Sedrick Barefield has been released by T1 League team Tainan TSG.

The Ghosthawks made the announcement earlier this week.

Barefield, 25, was loaned by P.League+ team Taipei Fubon to Tainan TSG after the EASL scrapped its home-and-away format last October.

The Filipino-American who went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft only played one game for the Ghosthawks.

Tainan TSG is currently 1-4 for the season.

It is still unknown if the Braves will retain Barefield as their Asian import for the upcoming EASL Champions Week in March.
