Duane “Kelra” Pillas’ Harith took over in Game Three, helping Execration complete the 2-1 reverse sweep of Impunity KH in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup lower bracket playoffs, Saturday evening.
The Execration rookie tallied a game-high eight kills laced with four assists and a death in the 17-5 Game Three.
The match lasted just 12 minutes and five seconds.
Joshua “Ch4knu” Mangilog’s Jawhead aided Kelra all throughout the early game. They contained Oppi’s Hayabusa, which then paid dividends for Execration later on.
Ch4knu registered a game-high 10 assists along with a kill and two deaths. Meanwhile, Kielvj “Kielvj” Hernandez’s Roger had five kills, a death, and seven assists.
Execration had a lackluster start in Game One, getting destroyed by Impunity KH’s aggressive playstyle centered on Mathilda and Luo Yi.
Crucial Abyssal Arrows and pickoffs from Patrick “E2MAX” Caidic kept Execration afloat long enough to fight back against the Cambodians. However, just when Execration was about to completely take over the match, Oppi (Benedetta) snuck right into the middle lane to end the match.
The Benedetta specialist ended with 10 kills and five assists against four deaths in the 26-9, 22:55-minute match.
After a subpar outing in the opener, Kielvj’s Lancelot wreaked havoc in Game Two. He registered 11 kills and five assists without a single death to Execration to a dominant 25-4 comeback win.
Renz “Renzio” Cadua also bounced back from his dismal outing in Game One. He ended with a 4-0-8 line on his Lapu Lapu in the 12:18-minute Game Two.
Execration will go up against RSG MY later at 8:00 pm for the last slot in the lower bracket finals.
