Cong TV’s Team Payaman to represent Happy Feet in The Nationals

Popular vlogger Lincoln “Cong TV” Velasquez’s Team Payaman will see its first major taste of action in the Mobile Legends scene.

Team Payaman will represent the Happy Feet Emperors in the second season of the first-ever franchise-based esports league in the country.

Happy Feet will parade a rookie-laden squad led by team captain Aljon “AL JON” Saquilayan, along with Rein “RE IN” Barcarse, Reginald “RE GI” Baluyot, Kyle “KYLE” De Leon, JP “JAYPZ” Marcelo, John Francis “Chichie” Flores, and Hans “SHO” Galang.

Interestingly, a popular streamer in Setsuna “Akosi Dogie” Ignacio was also part of the Happy Feet franchise last season. They finished second place to eventual champions PLDT-Smart Omega in the second conference.

It was the first professional foray for NXP Solid offlaner Renejay Barcarse, who happens to be the cousin of RE IN and a very close friend of RE GI.

Team Payaman recently participated in numerous underground tournaments in hopes of strengthening their bid for The Nationals title.

It is still uncertain if whether former Blacklist International star Reiniel “Honda Beast” Encisa will still coach the team.
