Petro Gazz Angels share ECQ workout tips

Petro Gazz has been an active presence on social media ever since the coronavirus pandemic has hampered the daily lives of millions throughout the nation and billions across the world.

Recently, the Angels have dished out a series of workout videos in an effort to remind everyone the importance of being fit and healthy despite the circumstances brought about by the large-scale lockdown.

“During this pandemic, it is important that we keep our mental health and physical health in check. So one of the things that I do to keep myself healthy and to prevent myself from overthinking is to workout,” Jessey De Leon shared.

In need of warm-up routines, Cienne Cruz and Jovie Prado showed how things are done before engaging in any physical activity.

Also, the 2019 PVL Reinforced Conference champions have taken the time to send out words of encouragement and important reminders for the public in these trying times, all the while expressing their gratitude to the frontliners in charge of containing the disease.

“Stay at home po muna tayo and spend time sa families natin. This is the right time na makipag-bonding sa kanila. Be healthy, don’t forget to take vitamins and eat healthy foods,” Jonah Sabete expressed.

“Also sa mga athletes, do some home workouts muna, wag na muna lalabas. Sa mga students, wag natin kalimutan na mag aral pa rin kahit nasa bahay tayo.

She then continued, “Be thankful tayo sa mga frontliners natin, wag natin kalimutan na ipag-pray sila. Stay at home and be safe everyone. God bless!”

Petro Gazz participated in a few fundraising campaigns as well. The likes of Chie Saet, Jerrili Malabanan, Cruz, Panaga, de Leon, and Baloaloa auctioned off some of their game-worn items to help out the frontliners and the less fortunate.

As it stands, a cloud of uncertainty still looms over the commencement of the 2020 PVL Season. Nonetheless, the Angels are already making their presence felt, proving that their impact extends far beyond the court.
