Team Liquid PH secures OHEB for MPL PH 15

By: Jan Marcus Montevirgen

Team Liquid PH officially unveiled its roster for MPL Philippines Season 15 on Monday evening, headlined by the signing of former Blacklist International star and M3 Finals MVP Kiel “OHEB” Soriano.

OHEB, who played a key role in Blacklist International’s dominance over the past four years, will now don the Team Liquid PH jersey alongside Masayuki “YukTzy” Fujita. During his tenure with Blacklist, he helped secure three MPL PH titles, a world championship, and the Philippines’ second consecutive gold medal at the 31st Southeast Asian Games.

Returning to bolster the lineup are Hall of Legends inductee and two-time world champion Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, MPL Philippines Season 11 and 13 Finals MVP Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya, Alston “Sanji” Pabico, and Jaypee “Jaypee” Cruz.

Leading the team from the sidelines is head coach Rodel “Arsy” Cruz, who previously guided Falcon Esports to a commendable 5th-6th place finish at the M6 World Championship.

Meanwhile, Harold “Tictac” Reyes has been appointed as Team Liquid PH’s manager.

Notably, M4 Finals MVP Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales will not be suiting up this season.
