After three years, Juami Tiongson is headed back to Terrafirma.
The move came after San Miguel traded Tiongson, veteran rookie Chris Miller, and its second-round pick in the PBA Season 52 Draft to Terrafirma in exchange for Jerrick Ahanmisi and sophomore guard Paolo Hernandez.
The league announced the trade on Wednesday.
Tiongson, 35, spent the prime years of his career with the Dyip from 2019 to 2024 before being dealt to San Miguel along with Andreas Cahilig in exchange for Vic Manuel and Terrence Romeo.
Since then, both Manuel and Romeo have exited the league, while Cahilig remains with the Beermen.
Last conference, the 5-foot-10 Ateneo product saw limited action, averaging 2.25 points and 1.0 assist in 12 games.
Meanwhile, San Miguel acquires Ahanmisi, who has enjoyed a career resurgence over the past year.
In August 2025, Ahanmisi was traded by Magnolia to Terrafirma in a one-for-one swap for Javi Gomez de Liaño.
Since arriving in Terrafirma, the veteran guard has flourished, earning a spot on the Gilas Pilipinas 3×3 Men’s Team while emerging as the Dyip’s primary offensive weapon.
Last conference, Ahanmisi averaged 21.25 points, 3.0 rebounds, and shot 34.94 percent from three-point range.
Also included in the deal are Hernandez and Miller.
Hernandez, a 6-foot-3 guard out of Mapúa, averaged 9.8 points per game for Terrafirma last season.
Miller, meanwhile, saw limited playing time during his rookie campaign with San Miguel.
