Ryan Araña’s spent his 36th birthday in such a meaningful way by showing appreciation to the people who have been doing their part in the midst of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The PBA veteran shared photos and videos on social media platform Instagram Monday where he drove around streets and gave food to the policemen and security guards.
Araña also gave food — which he himself helped prepare as seen in one of the videos he posted — to the homeless.
“This is how I celebrated my birthday. Instead of having a party, I planned on making it more meaningful by celebrating with our heroes on the streets,” the Rain or Shine guard wrote.
“Thank you to our frontliners, security guards, policemen etc. It was a simple act yet seeing their big smiles made it fulfilling.”
The 37-year-old Araña, of course, also thanked those who helped him in doing such generous acts.
“I hope we can spread kindness and positivity especially at a time like this. Specialty thanks to everyone at home who helped me with all the preparations,” he wrote.
“Cheers everyone.”
