PBA Commissioner Wilie Marcial hosted a well-attended briefing on Tuesday in which he discussed the protocols the league shall impose in the event the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) approves its request to hold workout sessions.
Before proceeding with the day’s agenda, the league commissioner exchanged pleasantries with the players, checked out on their families, teammates, and their coaches.
Some of the players present were Kiefer Ravena, Chris Ross, and Marc Pingris
Those who found time to drop by for the briefing appeared energetic and excited.
During the two-hour session, the commissioner briefly discussed the safety nets and protection for the players.
Marcial said the players are unanimous in their stand to resume training and play at the soonest possible time.
Marcial also said he will call another meeting once he receives word from the IATF on whether the PBA can resume workout or if it should call off the season altogether.
