Nexplay EVOS swept RSG PH, 2-0, to solidify its hold of the third spot in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines Season Eight, Friday night.

RSG PH was poised to secure the win entering the 35-minute mark after taking the Luminous Lord, but Nexplay EVOS managed to control the siege and counter engaged which saw them secure a four-man wipe and eventually, the win.
Renejay “RENEJAY” Barcarse (Benedetta) who made the win possible through his continuous cutting, nabbed the SMART 5G MVP with two kills, two deaths, and two assists in Game One.
“Dalawa lang yun e, ONIC or Blacklist [yung gusto naming makalaban sa playoffs]. Blacklist sakin kasi sila yung champion,” said RENEJAY.
In Game Two, it was John Paul “H2wo” Salonga who stole the show as he snowballed early on his Hayabusa and led the quick win for the sweep. He finished with 10 kills, a death, and an assist to nab the SMART 5G MVP.
RSG PH, who is now in danger of missing the playoffs, remained at the fourth spot with 16 points off a 7-6 standing.
