Lusty leaves Bren in shocker

Allan “Lusty” Castromayor’s run with Bren Esports came to an end on Tuesday night.

The organization announced on its Facebook page that it has parted ways with the veteran roamer.

Lusty, after his original team ArkAngel flunked out of the MPL Philippines scene, joined the Bernard Chong-owned franchise in Season Five, teaming up with his SIBOL teammates Angelo “Pheww” Arcangel, Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, and CJ “Ribo” Ribo.

Together, the quartet had a magical run that saw Bren Esports reach the apex of the professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang scene by winning the M2 World Championship — the first for a Filipino organization.

Prior to that monumental win, Lusty and the crew also bagged the MPL Philippines Season Six title and The Nationals Season Two crown.

In the recent MPL season, Lusty gave way to the much younger members of Bren Esports. When the team needed him, the pride of Banga, South Cotabato City stepped up and gave the team its first victory in Season Nine.

The SEA Games gold medalist have yet to announce his plans for the upcoming season.

But whether he chooses to hang up his gaming phone or continue his journey, Lusty has already etched his name in the history of MLBB as one of the best to ever do it.
