Four-time NBA MVP LeBron James is set to return to Manila this month as part of the Nike Rise campaign, Nike Philippines announced on Twitter Monday.

James’ maiden visit to the Philippines was back in 2013 when he headlined the Witness History Tour by the same shoe brand along with Gilas Pilipinas 2 and Batang Gilas.
The 11-time NBA All-Star averaged 25.3 PPG, 6 RPG, and 7.4 APG in his first year back with the Cleveland Cavaliers. He led his squad to the NBA Finals although the team was outplayed by the Golden State Warriors, 4-2.
James still averaged 35.8 PPG, 13.3 RPG, and 8.8 APG in the finals series on a usage rate of 40.8%, making it one of the most memorable finals performances in the league.
Last month, Indiana Pacers forward Paul George also visited the country for Nike Rise and held basketball clinics around the nation’s capital.
