The Filipino invasion continues as two new Pinoy imports join the China Pre-Season Invitational.
After his stints with Bleed Esports in the MPL Singapore Season 6 and for the Cambodian side Burn x Flash in the Games of the Future last month, Kiel “Kielvj” Cruzem will now headline Xianyou Gaming in the China Pre-Season Invitational: Stage 1.
The China Pre-Season Invitational will serve as a stepladder qualifier for the Mid-Season Cup in Saudi Arabia this July.
The top four in Stage 1 will advance directly to the April edition for the matches that will identify China’s representative to the MSC 2024.
Kielvj last played in the Philippines during the inaugural season of the MDL Philippines representing the Smart Omega Neos.
He is a former MSC champion after helping Execration win the title back in 2021.
Meanwhile, Filipino Tracy “National” Danielle will be playing for Keep Best Gaming in the same tournament.
National’s last stint was with Team SV in the MPL Cambodia Autumn 2023.
