The stars will align at the SM Mall of Asia Arena come the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Group C headliner Team USA will have an early face-off against Giannis Antetokounmpo and Greece in the pool stages of the global meet set from August 25 to September 10.
The last time the two nations faced off was during the second round of the 2019 Worlds.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 15 points and 13 rebounds in the contest but it was not enough to propel Greece past USA, falling 69-53.
Also in Group C are Asian powerhouses New Zealand and Jordan.
Meanwhile, the Domantas Sabonis-led Lithuania will face off against the Nikola Vucevic-powered Montenegro in Group D.
Coincidentally, both nations were in the same group during the Qualifiers’ second round with Lithuania winning both of their encounters, 90-73 on August 27 and 65-56 on November 14.
Completing the cast for the group are Mexico and Egypt.
