BASIC denies cheating allegations thrown at him

Former ONIC PH sixth man Peter Bryce “Basic” Lozano denied the cheating allegations thrown at him by fans and professional players, Tuesday evening.

Basic – who flew back to the Philippines earlier this year and stayed at the Nexplay Esports boot camp in Pampanga – was the talk of the town early Tuesday morning after a rumor that circulated online tagged him as the culprit behind the breakup of Nexplay Esports star Renejay “RENEJAY” Barcarse and influencer Samantha Lee Pettit.

Screencaps from the Instagram stories of a certain Mitch Lingat and a “Joy” also roamed the internet wherein Basic and Pettit were seen sitting next to each other.

There were claims that there was also a video of Pettit and Basic kissing to which they denied.176385757_958412321591091_8583015223614952758_n.jpg?_nc_cat=1&ccb=1-3&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_eui2=AeEyJPRamijQXPGPnxHkR7ObM6n3asWbwZ0zqfdqxZvBnaajtgx7zoccZ5Z6W_x68dc&_nc_ohc=OJM4Mg1X6vcAX-0KPAI&_nc_ht=scontent.fmnl9-1 BASIC denies cheating allegations thrown at him ESports Mobile Legends MPL-PH News - philippine sports news

“Sana ilabas [yung video], kasi kahit ako curious… ‘di ako papatol sa ex ng tropa ko, ‘di ako ganoon ka desperado,” said Basic in a Facebook messenger conversation posted by ONIC PH manager Milly Dolor, who has since defended him.

“Video ‘yan nung Joy, binigyan lang ng meaning nung mga tao. Nag uusap lang naman kami diyan.”

Basic also refuted claims that he was sent home by Dogie, saying that he really needed to go home to Manila at the time.

Pettit has remained mum on the matter, but RENEJAY has shared some cryptic posts on his Facebook and Twitter accounts.
