Is the Aura franchise building its second team in the Philippines?
It looks like it as the Indonesia-based organization just announced the signing of 10-year Dota veteran and former Clutch Gamers skipper Kenneth “Flysolo” Coloma, Wednesday morning.
Aura PH, who is currently in its second season in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines after acquiring the core of two-time champion Sunsparks, welcomed the 29-year-old Flysolo.
“Yep, that’s right! Flysolo is now officially a part of Aura PH! He recently retired from his DotA pro career to venture into the MLBB esports scene. We’re so hyped to have him with us. Let’s all give him a warm welcome,” the organization posted.
The organization also gave hints about the second team in the post.
“He’s one of the six who’s coming to Ignite the fire and burn brighter than ever. Who knows, maybe you could be one of them — you know, one of the remaining five.”
Flysolo announced his shift from Dota 2 to MLBB last February 12, citing the lack of sponsorship in the scene which rooted in the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
He is the second Dota 2 professional to transfer to the Mobile Legends realm with Mark “Jacko” Soriano making the first move.
