Kalei Mau played limited minutes to finish Week 3 of Athletes Unlimited Volleyball at rank 31.
Mau and Team Sheilla fell short against Team Drews, 67-73 (20-25, 25-23, 22-25), Sunday at the Fair Park Coliseum in Dallas, Texas.
Mau had two successful games where she gathered a combined 438 points. This time, though, she saw action only a little in the second and third frames. Instead, she played breather to Aury Cruz.
The Fil-Hawaiian standout ended with just 62 points on three kills, a block, six excellent receptions, and two digs for just 62 points to push her total to 1092.
Ronika Stone of Team Drews was MVP-1 after tallying 331 points on seven attacks, five blocks, three digs, and a service ace.
Erin Fairs led Team Sheilla with 11 spikes, two blocks, 18 excellent receptions, and 12 digs for 152 points.
Week 4 starts on Thursday with Dani Drews, Sheilla Castro, Betty De la Cruz retaining their captainship. Natalia Valentin-Anderson regained a captain spot after ending Week 3 at fourth.
