Yasuwo embraces new role with enthusiasm

Robee “Yasuwo” Pormocille, formerly known as Ninjakilla, is now TNC Pro Team’s new analyst for MPL Philippines Season 12.

The 23-year-old goldlaner has been with the team since his rookie season in the league back in Season 9, where he helped the Phoenix army secure a third-place finish behind Smart Omega and RSG Philippines.

Ninjakilla admitted that the shift in role was quite a challenge but says he enjoys the new opportunity provided to him.

“At first, I felt a bit awkward, but I was able to adjust after a few days of being an analyst for TNC. So far, I have been enjoying it,” he said.

He revealed that the team management had already told him about his potential to become an analyst for a while now, and it didn’t take long for him to accept the offer when it came.

Tas parang gusto ko siya i-try,” he said.

He marvels at the new learnings he has acquired in his new role and is eager to help the team in a different capacity this time.

Not only is he seeing the game from a different viewpoint, but he is also learning a lot about himself.

Despite a change in his involvement with the team, Ninjakilla isn’t closing the door on a possible return to the MPL PH as a player.
