UAAP Season 82 Seniors Basketball to feature Wednesday triple-headers


With the first semester sports of the UAAP being affected by the country’s preparation of the Southeast Asian Games, the league will feature a triple-header for its basketball games in both the men’s and women’s division.

For the men’s side, Wednesday games will be a triple-header that will be played at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 4:00 pm.

Venues are the SMART Araneta Coliseum, SM Mall of Asia Arena, and Ynares Center Antipolo.

For the women’s competition, the schedule for Wednesdays will also be a triple-header with the 8:00 am game set to be held simultaneously in two different venues.

Venues are the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion, SMART Araneta Coliseum, SM Mall of Asia Arena, and Ynares Center Antipolo.

The rivalry game between Ateneo and La Salle for the first round takes place on Sunday, September 8 at the SMART Araneta Coliseum. The Finals rematch between Ateneo and UP, on the other hand, is set to close the round out on Sunday, September 29 at the Big Dome as well.

For the women’s side, the rematch between the NU Lady Bulldogs and the FEU Lady Tamaraws will happen on Wednesday, September 25.
