Three Filipinos banner NACT’s Outplay in MSC

More Filipinos are joining the MLBB Southeast Asian Cup (MSC) this year.

North America representative Outplay has unveiled three Filipinos in its official roster for the upcoming MSC 2023 in Cambodia.

In addition to the incumbent players Peter “Basic” Lozano and Rainiel “URESHIII” Logronio, Outplay has also added veteran coach Dale “Dale” Vitug to mentor the team in the upcoming international tournament.

Dale has already made a name for himself in the international scene after helping Falcon Esports finish 5th-6th in the M4 World Championship. More recently, he piloted HomeBois to a third-place finish in the MPL Malaysia Season 11, their best finish since entering the league in Season 7.

Basic and URESHIII are both veterans in the competitive scene, having played in the MPL Philippines in the past. The former has also represented the NA region during the M1 and M4 World Championships under Team Gosu and The Valley, respectively.

URESHIII will be reunited, albeit on opposite sides, with his former Nexplay teammate Mariusz “Donut” Tan, who will be representing MPL Cambodia under Burn x Flash.

Team Outplay, the runner-up team during the North America Challenger Tournament (NACT) Spring 2023, has taken over the slot for the NA region after the champion team Blood Thirsty Kings, led by Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun, failed to meet the requirements set by the MSC tournament committee.

MSC 2023 will commence on June 10th.
