Ribo takes over in Game Three vs BG as BREN advances to ONE: MPLI Grand Finals

Ribo stepped up once more as BREN Esports take a dominant Game Three victory over the Burmese Ghouls, 2-1, to enter the grand finals of the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League, Sunday.

The two-time MPL-Philippines champion displayed a masterful performance with his Alice, linking up with KarlTzy to tow BREN Esports to a best-of-five finale against Alter Ego later in the day.

Playing one of his top heroes, Ribo put up a clean 8-0-6 kill-death-assist tally while KarlTzy, who won MVP honors in Game Three, finished with eight kills, zero deaths, and seven assists with his Harith.

BREN Esports managed to take the early game all thanks to Lusty’s aggressive play using the Jawhead. He held down ACE’s Roger by constantly invading Burmese Ghoul’s jungle, which limited the opposing core’s resources up[ to the last minute.

FlapTzy (Yu Zhong) solidified BREN Esports’ frontline, finishing with two kills, a death, and five assists while Pheww (Lunox) had a field day with three kills, a death, and 12 assists.

BREN Esports finished the game in just 11 minutes and 51 seconds, proving how dominant the early game is against Burmese Ghouls.

ACE was held to just three kills and two assists while DEE’s Claude suffered three deaths along with an assist.

BREN Esports failed to overcome Burmese Ghoul’s two-marksman setup in Game One but was able to even out the series through KarlTzy’s Claude and Ribo’s Esmeralda.

BREN Esports will be going up against MPL-Indonesia grand finalist Alter Ego, who defeated Indonesia champion RRQ Hoshi earlier, in the best-of-five grand finals later at 5:00 p.m.
